Welders Needed
Manchester, IA
Monday-Thursday
Night Shift -3:30pm to 1:30am (20 minute paid lunch)
$20-$25/HR (Based on Experience); Quarterly Retention Bonuses
Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent)
2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment
2-3 years MIG Welding Experience
Must have the ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings/blueprints
Must have some basic computer skills
Demonstrated ability follow instruction, make decisions, solve problems, exercise good judgment and flexibility
High result orientation and time sensitivity
Pre-employment drug screens and background checks will be required for all candidates selected.
