As we continue to grow across the Midwest, we are seeking a detailed oriented, organized, and collaborative Human Resources Coordinator to take ownership of key tasks that support the overall success of the Human Resources Department.This position supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department within a precast/prestressed concrete manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in recruitment, benefits administration, employee support, and general HR functions. Additionally, the ideal candidate is capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
