Human Resources Coordinator(Proprietary and Confidential Information)At Molin Sioux Falls, we don’t just manufacture precast concrete, we help build the communities where we live, work, and play. As we continue to grow across the Midwest, we are seeking a detailed oriented, organized, and collaborative Human Resources Coordinator to take ownership of key tasks that support the overall success of the Human Resources Department.This position supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department within a precast/prestressed concrete manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in recruitment, benefits administration, employee support, and general HR functions. Additionally, the ideal candidate is capable of handling sensitive information with discretion. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred to support a diverse workforce.Why Molin Sioux Falls?Hourly Salary is $20 - $25 per hour with annual performance-based reviewsMedical (Co-pay & HDHP with HSA), Dental, and Vision insurance and Voluntary Life InsurancePaid Time Off including Paid HolidaysPaid Parental Leave, Short Term and Long-Term DisabilityESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plans): employee benefit plan that grants employees a stake in the ownership of the company401(k) Traditional and Roth plans$20,000 Life Insurance Policy with enrollment in a current medical planDog-friendly officeEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Job ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & OnboardingAssist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening applicantsSchedule interviews and coordinate communications with candidates and hiring managersConduct reference checks and assist with preparing offer lettersSupport onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientation coordinationMaintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment recordsBenefits AdministrationAssist employees with benefits enrollment and changesRespond to employee questions regarding health, dental, vision, and retirement plansCoordinate with benefits providers to resolve issuesMaintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with company policiesGeneral HR SupportMaintain employee records and HR databases in compliance with legal requirementsAssist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee dataSupport HR projects, initiatives, and compliance reportingHelp coordinate training sessions, safety programs, and employee engagement activitiesPrepare HR related documents, reports, and correspondenceEmployee Relations & CommunicationServe as a point of contact for employee inquiries and direct them appropriatelyPromote a positive and inclusive workplace environmentAssist with internal communications and HR policy updatesEducation, Training and ExperienceAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred1-3 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial settingStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with professionalismProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systemsBilingual (English/Spanish strongly preferred)Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environmentFamiliarity with employment laws and HR best practicesAbility to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environmentWork Environment and Physical RequirementsOffice setting within a manufacturing environmentMay require occasional time in plant areas to support workforce needsFast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesOffice setting with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerOccasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 20 lbs)Molin Concrete Sioux Falls is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
