At Trail Ridge Senior Living Community, you'll play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and HR operations. Meaningful Work: Support the employees who provide exceptional care to our residents.

Monday–Friday Schedule: Core business hours of 8:30 AM–4:30 PM with occasional after-hours support as needed.

Collaborative Team: Work alongside supportive leaders in a mission-driven senior living community.

What You'll Do Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and new hire experiences.

Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers regarding policies, procedures, and employee relations.

Plan and support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and training initiatives.

Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.

Oversee the bi-weekly payroll process and assist managers with payroll and timekeeping questions.

Support performance management, coaching, and employee development.

Assist with workers' compensation, safety initiatives, compliance, and HR documentation.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and long-term care regulations.

What You'll Need Must be at least 18 years old .

At least 2 years of Human Resources experience.

Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as UKG, ADP, or Dayforce.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and payroll practices.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
