You'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside a skilled and welcoming multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Provide effective, compassionate, and patient-centered care Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, and support staff to ensure continuity of care Educate patients and families to support progress and long-term outcomes Maintain thorough and accurate documentation Minimum Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) BLS (CPR) certification preferred Strong communication & customer service skills One year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred About CSMO Founded in 1979, the Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics is the region's premier provider of orthopaedic, sports medicine, and therapy services.
