Job Description The Supply Chain Specialist plays a critical role in driving supply chain performance across planning, execution, and strategic initiatives. This role operates across multiple areas of the supply chain—including inventory management, supply planning, product lifecycle transitions, and process improvement—depending on business priorities. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving environments Take ownership of loosely defined problems and drive them to resolution Work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without authority Communicate clearly to leadership on complex topics Adapt quickly to changing business priorities and manage multiple competing demands Understand the business impact of supply chain decisions and operational activities Analyze data and identify trends to support planning and decision-making Make routine operational decisions within established guidelines and processes Demonstrate a strong understanding of inventory management principles and their impact on performance Support cross-functional partners, including Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, and Operations Proactively identify and escalate supply chain risks, constraints, and potential disruptions Clearly communicate issues, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive operational efficiencies Take ownership of assigned workstreams and ensure timely execution of deliverables Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with large datasets (Excel required; Power BI, SQL, or similar tools preferred) Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree with 0 years of related work experience; Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related work experience Compensation and Benefits Base Pay Range: $63,000.00 - $107,100.00 annually.
