We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Door-to-Door Appointment Setter to generate opportunities for our Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing departments. This role is focused on introducing RR Electric, Heating & Air to homeowners, building relationships in local neighborhoods, and scheduling free estimates, inspections, and service appointments for our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, being outdoors, and controlling their success through performance and effort.

• Canvass residential neighborhoods throughout Ventura and Los Angeles Counties
• Introduce homeowners to RR Electric, Heating & Air services
• Schedule qualified appointments for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and home comfort consultations
• Educate homeowners on current promotions, financing options, and company offerings
• Track daily activity and appointments set
• Work closely with dispatch, sales, and management teams
• Represent the company professionally and positively at all times
• Help build brand awareness in the communities we serve

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Previous experience in canvassing, sales, customer service, retail, marketing, or door-to-door outreach is a plus, but not required
