Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Spanish speaking Registered Nurse for our Home Health Care Inc. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV infusions. Provide specialized care such as ostomy care, infant care, and long-term care support. Monitor patients' conditions, including those requiring neonatal ventilator support. Educate patients and families on health management, including health coaching techniques. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for individuals with developmental disabilities or those needing botulinum toxin treatment. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during home visits. Experience & Qualifications Home health: 3 years (Required) License: RN (Required) Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Experience in home health nursing or similar settings is preferred. Proficiency in administering IV infusions and managing ventilated patients. Familiarity with caring for individuals with developmental disabilities is advantageous. Knowledge of health coaching principles and practices is a plus. Experience in long-term care settings will be beneficial.
