Corporate Paralegal
Our client, located in Gwinnett County is searching for a Corporate Paralegal to join their team. The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for supporting the General Counsel.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage life cycle of company litigation (e.g., contact company approved counsel, coordinate discovery responses, settlement negotiations)
- File and monitor life cycle of insurance and customer claims (e.g., property damage, personal injury)
- Prepare demand letters, notices of default, and form contracts
- Create and maintain corporate entities (e.g., formation, foreign qualification, annual reporting)
- Use system of record to track and record claims, litigation, and licenses/permits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- Minimum 5 – 7 years related experience
- Excellent communication skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required
