Responsibilities Provide compassionate, resident-centered care. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs). Support residents with mobility, hygiene, dressing, and meals. Monitor residents and report changes in condition. Maintain accurate documentation. Foster a safe, clean, and positive living environment. Treat every resident with dignity, respect, and kindness. Qualifications: Current Arizona Certified Caregiver Certification (Required). Experience caring for seniors is preferred but not required—we welcome compassionate, motivated caregivers who are eager to learn outside of your classroom training.
