(this unit is not telemetry monitored, but will be required to float to units that are) Special Equipment : (VAYA OFFER). General medical surgical floor. Will float to Telemetry units. ACLS, BLS required, 1 year experience required. Travel experience preferred but not required. Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted at this facility. #Tier3 Travel Compliance RTO - must be presented at time of submission. Any time off sent after the offer will not be approved. 2 yrs experience required in specialty - unless specified otherwise in the job description or UD. Compact or KY State License (required at time of submission) Locals: Not accepted within the following radiuses: Cath Lab RN, IR RN, and Radiology: 75 miles All Other Specialties: 100 miles At least 1 Reference Required at time of submission Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital near by Return Staff Policy: Gone from all UK affiliated facilities for 6 months to return as traveler License Hits : University of Kentucky WILL NOT accept any licensure hits.
