Compensation: $ 60-$80/k - (this is an hourly position 28/hr. -38/hr.)

Schedule: 40 hours /week

• This role will help manage a high volume of open requisitions, strengthen candidate pipelines, and ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers across all sites.

What You'll Do:

• Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms and other sourcing methods.
• Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications.
• Contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation.
• Initiates onboarding plan for new hires.
• Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition
