The Nova Lab is excited to announce an opening for an Animator to join our innovative team in Fairfax, offering a full-time remote position. As an Animator, you will play a crucial role in bringing visual concepts to life, contributing to various projects that enhance user experience and engagement. We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $180,000 annually, alongside unique professional development opportunities and a collaborative working environment.
Responsibilities
- Create visually stunning animations and graphics for various projects
- Collaborate with project managers and designers to understand project goals
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
- Revise animations based on feedback to ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure consistency in style and brand across all animation work
- Stay updated with industry trends and animated techniques
- Work effectively in a remote team setting, maintaining open communication
- Compile and present animation portfolio to the team regularly
Requirements
- A passion for animation and a strong desire to learn
- Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects or Blender
- Basic understanding of 2D and 3D design principles
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
