Job Description What You'll Do Own and execute a territory growth strategy Build and grow relationships with contractors, dealers, and industry partners Generate new business and expand existing accounts Drive demand through our dealer network Support dealer merchandising, displays, training, and events Monitor market trends and competitor activity Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows and industry events Use CRM and data to manage your pipeline and prioritize opportunities Qualifications What We're Looking For Proven B2B field sales experience; hardscape, landscaping, building materials, or dealer-network experience is an asset Strong track record of building relationships and growing revenue Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable owning a territory Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable using CRM and sales technology Valid driver's license and willingness to be in the field with customers Additional Information Why This Territory Chicagoland offers scale: a dense population of contractors and dealers, an established Techo-Bloc presence, and an efficient territory footprint that means more selling time and less windshield time.
