What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities Lead project management and technical coordination for substation and power delivery projects Develop project scopes, execution strategies, staffing plans, and budgets Manage project delivery to meet schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction expectations Provide technical leadership and coordination for multidisciplinary teams including substation, transmission, and studies resources Accountable for project delivery outcomes including financial performance, forecasting, and contract management Support and participate in business development efforts including client engagement, opportunity identification, and proposal development Prepare scopes of work, fee estimates, and support project pursuits Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent delivery and communication Oversee and participate in QA/QC processes to ensure high‑quality deliverables Manage subcontractors and support consultants involved in project delivery Coordinate with practice and group leaders to align staffing with current workload and future commitments Mentor and support the development of engineers, designers, and project staff What You Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university 8+ years of experience supporting substation, transmission, or power system projects 3+ years of experience in a project management or engineering leadership role Experience leading or supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams Experience contributing to project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, and client coordination Experience working within a consulting or utility environment supporting infrastructure or power delivery projects Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage competing priorities and support project execution across multiple efforts Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license Experience leading complex or large‑scale infrastructure projects with multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated experience supporting or leading business development efforts, including client relationship management and pursuit support Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) or design‑build project delivery models Experience in utility‑scale renewable energy or power delivery infrastructure projects Understanding of professional services contracting, risk management, and experience supporting contract negotiations What We Offer We foster an environment where talented professionals have the freedom and support to do their most meaningful work.
