Real Estate Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-senior real estate associate to join its practice in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions, including mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, and resorts. Duties Draft and negotiate documents related to real estate and financing transactions. Manage purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, and loan agreements. Engage in development-related agreements and property management agreements. Interact directly with partners and clients. Mentor and support junior attorneys. Requirements 5th-8th year associate with significant experience in real estate transactions. Strong writing, communication, and project management skills. Experience in real estate development and joint venture work preferred. Sound judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities. Education JD from an ABA-approved law school. Certifications Active member of the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice. Skills Excellent writing and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
