Senior Financial Analyst

We are assisting one of our clients with their search for a Senior Financial Analyst. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, performance analytics, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This individual will partner closely with Finance and Operations leadership to evaluate business performance, develop reporting frameworks, and help build scalable processes that support continued growth.Location: Irvine, CA – primarily onsiteCompensation: $105,000-$120,000 plus bonusResponsibilitiesSupport budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis, providing insights into financial and operational performanceDevelop financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting tools to support decision-making and performance visibilityAnalyze results across regions, branches, and service centers, identifying key business drivers and trendsPartner with Finance and Operations teams to interpret performance, explain variances, and deliver actionable insightsImprove reporting processes through automation, standardization, and enhanced data visibilityLeverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, and related systems to streamline reporting and analysisRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field3-6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical rolesStrong Excel and financial modeling skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reportingAbility to analyze financial and operational performance metrics and translate findings into insightsExperience in multi-site or operationally intensive environments preferredExposure to private equity-backed organizations is a plusExperience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferredStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
