Assembler / Production Associate – $22+/hr + Growth

We’re hiring Assemblers / Production Associates to support manufacturing in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates with assembly, production, or general labor experience who enjoy hands-on work using tools.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble windows and doors from start to finish

• Read and follow production lists and work instructions

• Use hand and power tools (drills, nail guns, saws, etc.)

• Inspect materials and finished products for quality

• Identify materials and report shortages or issues

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Experience

• Assembly, production, or general labor experience

• Ability to read a tape measure

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Experience

• Mechanical or construction experience

• Blueprint reading experience

• Experience with power tools and equipment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr.
