Lead Pre-K Teacher

Job Overview Lead teacher for the Pre-K classroom at Tiny Tots & Dots Learning Ministry in Indianapolis, IN, at the Lawrence & Castleton locations. Full time, Monday through Friday with preferred hours of 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Responsibilities Use a modulated, appropriate voice. Maintain a safe environment and provide continuous supervision. Follow all FSSA requirements and state and center guidelines for cleaning, sanitizing, diaper procedures, and emergency preparedness. Keep classroom up to date on Brightwheel and submit lesson plans on time. Communicate regularly with parents and keep them informed of their child’s progress. Support children’s development with age-appropriate activities and screen time usage. Ensure personal belongings are stored securely, maintain cleanliness, and meet health and safety standards. Be on time, reliable, and present for all center activities and meetings. Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in a childcare center. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license preferred. Child Development Associate certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to pass a background check and drug test. Reliable transportation.
