Job Summary
We are seeking an Front Desk Receptionist to join our Thrive team! At Thrive Spine and Sports Rehab we are dedicated to providing patient-centered care by reimagining the healthcare experience. We pride ourselves on delivering individualized, compassionate sports rehab and recovery. You will be part of a positive, family-oriented environment and collaborate closely with multiple disciplines to help us provide the best patient care possible. The ideal candidate is well organized, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and has the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients who walk through the door and check in accordingly
- Answer the phone and schedule appointments
- Maintain comprehensive records and filing
- Insurance verifications, authorizations, and claims
- Maintaining office inventory and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong ability to multitask and remain organized
- Previous experience in medical office setting is required
- Previous experience with verifying insurance is required
