About This Role

A dynamic and engaging 2.5 to 3-year-old teacher is sought to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, creating lesson plans, and ensuring a safe and stimulating classroom environment.

• Manage day-to-day activities and schedule times to ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Establish a safe and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
• Create engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of our students.
• Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
• Adhere to all center policies and state regulations to ensure a compliant and efficient learning environment.
• Supervise teacher assistants and classroom volunteers to ensure they are following planned activities, maintaining hygiene standards, and adhering to safety protocols.

Create engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of our students.

Assign age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.

Adhere to the established class schedule to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Attend staff meetings to stay informed and contribute to the growth and development of our center.

Showcase creativity and innovation in teaching and lesson planning.

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds
• High energy.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
• A strong understanding of child development.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must clear full background check.
• Must pass health screening.
