Step into a day as our Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Specialist

You clock in at 8:00 AM and scan the morning wave of orders. Voice technology guides your first picks, and you verify every item, lot number, and quantity before moving to packing. A refrigerated aisle at 36–46&degree;F keeps cold‑chain orders secure while you assemble them to our standards of care. By mid-morning, you’re replenishing stock modules, unloading a sorter lane, and double-checking that the shipment mode matches the assigned pallet. After a quick Safety & EHS huddle, you hop on material handling equipment to stage outbound pallets, maintain a spotless work area, and support teammates so everyone hits daily targets. When volume spikes, you’re ready for overtime—including occasional weekends or holidays.

What you’ll handle

• Pick customer orders with speed and precision, ensuring correct item, lot, and quantity
• Prepare, verify, and pack shipments to meet product care standards and shipping requirements
• Follow SOPs and standards of care at all times
• Contribute to Safety Team initiatives and EHS programs
• Complete scheduled cycle counts and inventory checks
• Pick and stage cold‑chain orders in refrigerated zones (36–46&degree;F)
• Use logistics systems effectively: Transportation Management System (TMS), RCS, Voice Technology, Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Keep work areas clean and organized for safety and efficiency
• Balance workloads by assisting teammates to maintain steady productivity
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) daily
• Replenish stock/modules as needed
• Unload sorter lanes and confirm the correct shipment mode for each pallet

Schedule

1st Shift, typically 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Education & experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Zero to one year of experience in warehousing or manufacturing (order assembly, shipping/receiving, stocking, inventory maintenance, picking/verification) required.

Physical demands & environment

Primarily an indoor industrial setting across warehousing, manufacturing, maintenance, and/or production areas. Coldest zones at 36–46&degree;F. Routine lifting up to 40 lbs and occasional lifting up to 80 lbs. Must be able to access all facility areas. PPE such as ear plugs, safety shoes, safety glasses, protective clothing, and/or headwear must be worn as required.
