Stand-Up Forklift Operator

Order Selector (DC Warehouse) Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities Operate a stand‑up forklift or electric pallet jack to fill customer orders in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Move products to and from specified locations and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. Fill customer orders using RF scanner and/or voice‑directed picking systems. Check and count all products before loading onto trucks. Verify products are free of damage and meet quality standards. Verify production code dates and proper product rotation. Ensure quantity, labeling, and order accuracy meet customer specifications. Maintain productivity and accuracy in a performance‑driven environment. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of stand‑up forklift experience. Warehouse/distribution center experience. Shipping and receiving experience. Order selection (case picking) experience preferred. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions. Ability to identify variables in processes and make adjustments as needed. Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment. Basic math skills. Experience with RF scanners or warehouse systems. Ability to lift up to 65 lbs consistently. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
