Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Lubbock, TX, for a Portfolio Manager. The Portfolio Manager will be contributing to the seamless execution of loan transactions (pre-closing, closing/funding, and post-closing stages) by working with multiple lending officers and loan operations staff. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of lending, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Qualifications Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in complex transactions In-depth knowledge of various loan products, lending regulations, and compliance regulations Problem solving mindset Strong Organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and data security.
