Key Responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and apply U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements to complex accounting transactions and reporting matters
• Prepare assigned disclosures and financial statement footnotes for Forms 10-K and 10-Q
• Develop clear, comprehensive, and audit-ready technical accounting memoranda and supporting work papers
• Perform and support financial statement tie-outs and ensure accuracy and consistency across SEC filings and disclosures
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, external auditors, and other stakeholders to assess accounting and reporting implications
• Support quarterly and annual financial reporting cycles while managing multiple time-sensitive deliverables
• Assist with consolidations, technical accounting, and other financial reporting activities as required
• Support and maintain SOX and disclosure controls related to financial reporting processes
• Utilize financial reporting systems, automation tools, and emerging technologies to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
• Identify opportunities to strengthen financial reporting governance and internal control effectiveness
• Drive process improvements and streamline recurring reporting activities
• Communicate technical accounting conclusions clearly to internal stakeholders and external auditors
• Prioritize multiple projects and reporting requirements while consistently meeting established deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
