HR Coordinator / HR Generalist (Part-Time Contract)

Overview Rapidly growing biotech is seeking a part‑time HR Coordinator or HR Generalist to support a growing HR function during a period of organizational expansion. This individual will partner closely with Director of HR and assist with recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR operations, performance management administration, employee events, and various people‑related projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced biotech startup environment and is looking for a flexible, part‑time engagement. Key Responsibilities Coordinate candidate interviews and recruiting logistics Manage scheduling and candidate communications Support new hire onboarding and offboarding activities Maintain employee records and HRIS data Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries Support performance review cycles and HR programs Coordinate employee events, meetings, and engagement initiatives Update organizational charts and HR documentation Assist with employee handbook revisions and policy updates Provide general HR administrative support and project coordination Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or related HR experience Experience supporting recruiting and interview coordination Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems Preferred Qualifications Experience working within biotech, pharma, or life sciences organizations Prior startup or small company experience Experience with: Paylocity Greenhouse or similar ATS Lattice or comparable performance management platforms Experience supporting onboarding, benefits administration, and HR operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Planet Pharma
