Lead, inspire and develop our Product Design function, building a culture of outstanding craft, creative ambition and ownership. Drive the evolution of our design systems and principles, creating the foundations for exceptional design quality as our products and teams scale. Work closely with Brand, Creative, Growth, CRM and Games to ensure a joined-up creative vision across the entire customer journey. Champion emerging technologies, including AI, exploring how they can unlock new creative possibilities and transform how we design and build. Has experience owning design direction across complex, multi-platform products, ideally within fast-moving, consumer-focused technology businesses. Thinks beyond individual features, bringing the vision and creativity to shape distinctive, cohesive product experiences at scale. Combines creative ambition with strong commercial and product judgement, understanding how exceptional design drives engagement, retention and business growth. Has a track record of influencing product strategy and driving meaningful change through design, working closely with executive leadership.
