The Banquet F&B Supervisor plays a key role in delivering flawless banquet and event experiences. You will support the Banquet Management team by supervising day-to-day banquet operations, leading service teams during events, and ensuring that Four Seasons standards of quality, service, and presentation are consistently exceeded.

Supervise and coordinate banquet service during events, meetings, and special functions

Lead, motivate, and support banquet service staff before, during, and after events

Ensure proper setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet functions according to event orders

Maintain exceptional guest service, addressing requests or concerns promptly and professionally

Collaborate closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and Events teams to ensure seamless execution

Uphold Four Seasons standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and presentation

Assist with training, scheduling support, and performance feedback for banquet staff

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations

Previous experience in banquet or food & beverage operations, preferably in a luxury or upscale hotel environment

Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on service approach

Ability to remain calm, organized, and service-focused in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
