- 5+ years GL accounting experience with some Payroll and knowledge of GAAP with manufacturing/distribution experience
- High proficiency in Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Macros) is a must
- Proficiency in MS Office including Microsoft D365, experience with Microsoft BI is a plus
- Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills
- Ability to thrive as a self-starter in a start-up environment
- Must be able to analyze data, identify and draw logical conclusions, recommendations from the data and resolve the data issues and anomalies
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related required
