Please watch this video to learn more about Hamilton Form Company The Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company. Duties include accounting operations, fiscal compliance, audit, administrative duties, administrative compliance. Attention to detail and organizational skills is a must. Candidates need to have great interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals from various backgrounds and experiences. This is an on-site office position (no remote or hybrid available). Limited travel within DFW area is required. This position reports to the Controller. Duties include but not limited to Assist with accounting operations and workflow of the department Responsible for accounting compliance including but not limited to applicable processes, policies, legislation, and regulations Serve as secondary liaison for auditors, assist with preparation, coordination and managing the compliance to auditing Assist with monitoring and ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures Assist with tax compliance and processing Compliance with GAAP Regular attendance and punctuality is required Education and Work Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field (ie: Finance, Business) Minimum two years accounting experience Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred Minimum Qualifications Requirements Ability to work regular business hours; evenings nights and weekends as needed Ability to accurately handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy Ability to be flexible and adapt to change Ability to build rapport and relationships Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Ability to think critically and logically Ability to work independently with limited supervision Highly proactive, action oriented, results oriented and self-starter Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of ERP systems Knowledge of full cycle accounting process Knowledge of accounting principles and practices Knowledge of GAAPStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong research and resolution skills Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing and screening required for position Must have satisfactory driving record and valid driver's license for operation of a motor vehicle relevant to carrying out duties Pay and Benefits Salary range: $60,000-87,500; salary will depend on experience. This is an exempt salary position.
