Sanctuary Woburn, located in Woburn, MA, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused POS Sales Agent to join our team. What You'll DoAs a POS Sales Agent at Sanctuary Woburn, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assisting customers with purchases and providing product information when needed.
- Ensuring transactions are processed smoothly and resolving any payment-related issues promptly.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
We’re searching for someone who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude to the role. To succeed as a POS Sales Agent, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales, retail, or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Basic familiarity with POS systems or a willingness to learn quickly.
