Value increases after two years of employmentBenefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.A care model designed to support quality outcomes and efficiencyAI clinical documentation support, built to significantly reduce after hours charting – so work stays at work.(coming 2026)Structured mentorship and career development.Multiple career pathways: clinical excellence, and leadership.Location differential available for longer commutesResponsibilities:Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions.Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and patient goals.Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.Educate patients on self-management techniques, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance long-term recovery.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff and assist with ongoing professional developmentQualifications:Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)Passion for evidence-based, patient centered careCompensation: $75,000- $90,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, potential sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials .
