In this role, you'll lead the charge in maintaining and improving our commercial real estate portfolio. Your responsibilities will include conducting weekly inspections, coordinating with vendors to streamline project execution, and managing construction projects from inception to completion. You'll excel in this role if you have over three years of experience in commercial maintenance and project coordination, alongside exceptional organizational and communication skills. Compensation:

$85,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of commercial properties to identify maintenance needs and develop actionable plans.
• Coordinate with vendors and tradespeople to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
• Lead tenant improvement projects, managing all phases from initial scope to final delivery.
• Oversee capital improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in Rent Manager, providing weekly updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Foster strong relationships with tenants, addressing maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial maintenance and project coordination, with a focus on multi-trade projects.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections and develop actionable maintenance plans.
• Proven track record of managing tenant improvement projects from initial scope to final delivery.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and provide timely updates in Rent Manager.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with vendors and tradespeople.
• Ability to develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to enhance asset longevity.
• Experience in overseeing capital improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
