Job Duties:
- Manage day to day operations of construction and heavy equipment dealership/rental
- Oversee financial operations of branch
- Manage all departments: Sales, Rental, Parts, Service and Administration
- Recruit, lead and correct location team
- Evaluate and continually improve branch performance
- Maintain customer connection and develop new business
- Develop and manage annual budget
- Prepare accurate monthly reports
Qualifications:
- B.A. or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- 5+ years team management experience required
- Background related to heavy equipment sales, rentals, parts and/or service
- Excellent computer skills
- Interpersonal communication skills required
- Strong organization, time management and delegation
- Able to lift 50 pounds and wear PPE
Job Location: Lihue
Starting Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience)
