You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, closely with customers and coworkers, and this role involves providing solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses. Responsibilities Meet with customers at homes or businesses to understand their needs and present security and automation solutions. Demonstrate the value of ADT products and services, explain features in-depth, and recommend appropriate solutions. Build relationships with customers and coworkers to deliver a positive customer experience. Provide solutions through proactive, customer-focused interactions and follow-up. Sales advisors will receive uncapped commissions plus the training wage. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based on performance, new advisors can expect to earn approximately $85,000 and experienced advisors can earn over $150,000.
