Bankruptcy Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Bankruptcy Litigation Associate to join its practice in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors' rights litigation. Duties Represent parties in bankruptcy and restructuring cases. Handle loan workouts and enforcement actions. Manage receiverships and foreclosures. Engage in distressed asset acquisitions and restructurings. Requirements 4 to 8 years of relevant experience. Excellent drafting and legal writing skills. Strong attention to detail and academic credentials. Active bar license in Washington or ability to waive in. Bar license in Oregon and/or California is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active bar membership in good standing. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
