Pay Rate: $20.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, vendors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout public areas, tenant spaces, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site personnel, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
