Entry-Level Customer Engagement Representative

Synergize is looking for an Entry-Level Customer Engagement Representative to connect nonprofit organizations with members of the community through live events, outreach campaigns, and face-to-face conversations .

This role is ideal for people who are naturally social, energetic, helpful, and comfortable meeting new people .

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and community members at events
• Start conversations and create positive interactions
• Answer questions about nonprofit campaigns
• Explain campaign goals and community programs
• Encourage community participation and support
• Build relationships with potential donors and supporters
• Represent nonprofit partners professionally
• Assist with promotional activities and event displays
• Participate in team training and coaching
• Work toward daily campaign goals
