Registered Nurse - Operating Room

$1985.60/week - Job Summary: The OR RN will provide advanced perioperative nursing care in a busy operating room environment, supporting multiple surgical specialties. The role requires strong clinical proficiency, effective teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced setting to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes. Responsibilities: Administer preoperative assessments and prepare patients for surgery. Assist in surgical procedures by maintaining sterile techniques and managing surgical instruments. Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any intraoperative changes. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient case flow and adherence to protocols. Document procedures accurately in the electronic health record system. Respond to on-call duties, including late call shifts and weekend coverage, with flexibility. Qualifications: Hold a current multi-state or South Carolina RN license. Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in an acute care OR setting. Certified in BLS and have a radiation badge; agency must provide the badge. Demonstrate broad surgical competency across general, neuro, ortho, ENT, and GYN specialties. Capable of working in a Level 3 trauma center environment. Able to work 4x10-hour day shifts with on-call requirements.
