Pediatric dentists typically see approximately 120-200 patient visits per 4-day week, including a mix of exams, hygiene checks, and restorative treatment, supported by an experienced and highly trained team.Position HighlightsFull-time preferred; part-time considered4-day workweekNo evenings or weekendsOne office location - no routine travel between locationsBusy, established practice with a strong existing patient baseApproximately 120-200 patient visits per 4-day weekModern, fully digital practice with advanced technologyFull clinical autonomy with experienced team supportMentorship available from an experienced, long-tenured teamComprehensive pediatric dentistrySedation and general anesthesia capabilitiesDoctor-owned and independent practiceStrong opportunity for long-term professional growthCompensation & BenefitsApproximately $1,250-$1,500/day initially for per diem/initial compensation arrangementsTransition to approximately 35-36% of net collectionsHighly competitive earning potential based on experience and productivitySign-on and/or relocation assistance may be available for the right candidateMedical/healthcare stipendMalpractice/professional liability coverageContinuing education paidLicensing and applicable professional expenses coveredChristmas through New Year's offAdditional week off during the summerQualificationsDDS or DMDGraduate or graduating resident of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residencyTennessee dental license or eligibility for Tennessee licensureBoard eligible/certified preferredComfortable providing comprehensive pediatric dental careSedation/general anesthesia experience is a plusTraining is available for candidates without sedation experienceNew Graduates WelcomeExceptional new Pediatric Dentistry graduates are encouraged to apply.
