Nurse (Women Veterans Supervisory Program Manager)

Job Title

Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assesses the need for services for women Veterans and implements services for eligible women Veterans as well as to provide oversight to ensure that identified needs are met.
• Executes comprehensive planning for Women's Health (WH) issues that improves the overall quality of care provided to women Veterans and achieves program goals and outcomes.
• Provides facility guidance regarding change implementations as directed by Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) while working across multiple service lines and disciplines.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates WH care based on age specific components.
• Assumes responsibility for the coordination of care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care.
• Demonstrates the complete knowledge of the Women Veterans Program and is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing or supervising direct patient care.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of care based on age specific components.
• Assumes responsibility of the coordination of care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care.
• Influences care outcomes by collaborating with members of the interdisciplinary team and participating in process improvement initiatives.

Pay: Competitive salary, regular salary increases, potential for performance awards
