Product Owner

Product Owner For Salesforce Service Cloud
Duration: 6+ months
Location: On-site 3-4 days/week in Carmel, IN
Drive product vision through customer-focused discovery and human-centered design, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud solutions and customer service capabilities. Own the product roadmap and backlog while guiding solution discovery, stakeholder alignment, and timely product decisions in ambiguous environments. Partner across teams to translate customer feedback and business needs into high-quality product outcomes using Salesforce Service Cloud.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Product Owner experience.
- 6+ years driving solution discovery independently.
- 6+ years working effectively and driving understanding in ambiguous situations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including customer service processes, case management, workflows, and service capabilities.
- Experience defining and managing Salesforce Service Cloud product roadmaps, backlogs, features, and user stories.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous refinement of the product backlog against customer needs, business goals, and Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities.
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce Service Cloud product roadmap, features, enhancements, and backlog.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication with development teams to establish shared understanding of requirements, business processes, and Salesforce solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify opportunities for improving customer service operations and Service Cloud experiences.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and service capabilities to identify product opportunities and challenges.
- Translate business and customer requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items.
- Validate product ideas through recurring customer feedback loops and Service Cloud user engagement.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
- Champion product development practices, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.
- Drive timely product decisions in ambiguous environments while balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical feasibility, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
