Your Role

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs to create bespoke therapy plans that encourage functional achievements

• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic patient care
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques that foster continued progress at home
• Assess Progress and Adapt: Monitor clinical outcomes and revise treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring patients remain on their path to recovery

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Commitment to ongoing education, with post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported

Licenses and Certifications

• Maintained Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Pursuit of NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
