Young Mothers, Inc. (YMI) is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Google Ads Coordinator to help expand our reach and connect more young mothers with life-changing resources. This is a remote volunteer opportunity ideal for someone interested in digital marketing, nonprofit growth, and purpose-driven work.
Position Summary
In this role, you’ll manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Google Ad Grants, to increase awareness, engagement, and support for YMI’s programs. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our message reaches the right audiences at the right time.
What You’ll Do
- Create, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Conduct keyword research to improve visibility and targeting
- Write and test compelling ad copy that drives engagement and action
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Track key metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with Website and Communications teams to align ads with landing pages and messaging
- Support campaign strategies that promote programs, events, and fundraising initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Google Ads or a strong willingness to learn
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Comfort working with data, metrics, and performance insights
- Creative thinking for writing effective and engaging ad copy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable and able to work independently in a remote environment
