U2U LAW PC is looking for a motivated Paralegal to join our team in Newport Beach, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic legal environment where your skills and attention to detail will make a real impact every day.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence

Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys

Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and discovery materials

Coordinate client communications and schedule meetings, depositions, and hearings

File documents with courts and regulatory agencies, both electronically and in person

Track deadlines, statutes of limitations, and case calendars

Support attorneys in trial preparation, including preparing trial binders and witness materials

Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred

1+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience

Proficiency in legal research tools

Strong knowledge of California court filing procedures and e-filing systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
