Senior Brand Manager

A globally awarded, ultra-premium agave spirits brand, mezcal and tequila, is looking for its top marketing leader. Since launching in 2020 the brand has expanded into more than 20 countries and earned serious respect from the bar trade. This person reports directly to the CEO, owns US and global brand strategy, and will shape and build the marketing team their way. What you will do Own the brand plan for the US and global markets, and turn it into campaigns, content, PR, partnerships and events that build equity and drive rate of sale Assess the current marketing team and build the team, agencies and structure the brand needs to grow Manage the full A&P budget like it is your own money, with clear ROI on every dollar Build activation toolkits that distributors, key accounts and sales teams actually use in market Lead launches and in-market activations with on-premise, off-premise and digital partners, tracked against clear KPIs Use consumer and market insight to spot white space and keep the portfolio ahead of the category Protect the brand story and values while adapting execution to priority US markets What we are looking for 5 to 10 years in brand marketing in spirits. Time inside a brand during its early build or rapid scale-up, and a clear role in that growth Hands-on.
