Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a research analyst who is self-driven and independent, with strong critical thinking, computer, and communication skills. You will handle urgent tasks to ensure timely delivery of products, manage productivity cases, and use systems like Salesforce. This role involves minimal phone calls and focuses on case management, considering different time zones. Your work will support doctors and nurses by providing essential supplies, preventing delays in surgeries. Typical tasks include tracking orders, checking product availability, and resolving discrepancies. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential. We seek candidates who want to build a career in this field and can handle the details that make a big impact. The pay rate for this role is $18-21hr
