BH SENS Oxford, NC is our newly built production site in North America.
Its mission is to strengthen and further expand our market leadership in Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).
In a highly automated, start‐up style environment, we industrialize innovative TPMS solutions for global OEM and IAM customers.

Role Focus

The Line Leader is responsible for daily line performance – output, quality, takt time and process stability – and for leading the operators on the line.

Key Responsibilities

• Own daily line performance
• • Lead the operation of a fully automated, linked assembly line (feeding, assembly #1/#2, laser marking/welding, leakage testing, EOL functional testing, valve assembly, sorting & packaging).
  • Ensure production output, quality and takt‐time targets are achieved.
  • Monitor key process and test parameters (e.g. sealing/hot‐staking, battery soldering and voltage, laser‐welding parameters, leakage results, EOL RF/pressure/temperature/SW version, torque/angle, visual inspection).
  • Ensure all operators follow work instructions, test procedures and quality standards.

Your Profile

• Completed technical vocational training or equivalent experience in manufacturing (automotive/electronics preferred).
• Several years of experience with automated assembly equipment; qualified to independently operate and instruct others.
• Hands‐on leader with strong shopfloor presence, structured and self‐driven way of working, and good analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead and train operators, communicate clearly with supervisors and support functions, and work effectively in a team environment.
