CNC Programmer – Aerospace Manufacturing
Kansas City, MO | Full-Time | Onsite
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support precision aerospace manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong Mastercam and Siemens NX experience and a solid understanding of CNC machining processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for precision-machined components.
- Review engineering drawings, 3D models, GD&T, and specifications.
- Select appropriate tooling, machining strategies, and cutting parameters.
- Support program prove-out, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Work closely with machinists, engineering, and quality teams.
- Improve cycle times, quality, and overall machining efficiency.
Qualifications
- CNC programming experience in a precision machining environment.
- Mastercam and Siemens NX experience required.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
- 3/4/5-axis machining experience is a plus.
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
- Vericut, probing, or program verification experience is a plus.
