Registered Nurse (RN) PCU / IMC

The RN in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) delivers skilled nursing care to patients requiring frequent assessments and specialized monitoring. This role involves managing complex patient needs and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions, including cardiac and respiratory statuses.
• Administer IV medications, titrate drips, and perform other advanced procedures.
• Continuously monitor patients' vitals and report any critical changes promptly.
• Implement individualized care plans in coordination with healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and families on post-hospital care and lifestyle modifications.
