Base Salary + Commission | Hybrid Position
This is primarily a commission-based position with a base salary. We are looking for someone who is motivated by performance-based earnings and wants the opportunity to earn more by bringing in new brokers and generating funded deals.
The Role
Your main responsibility will be to build relationships with brokers and ISOs who submit business funding deals. You will find new brokers, reach out to them, visit their offices, get them signed up with our company, and maintain strong relationships to generate consistent deal flow.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact new MCA brokers, ISOs, and potential referral partners.
- Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up to establish new relationships.
- Visit broker offices in person to introduce our company and sign up new partners.
- Maintain regular contact with existing partners to encourage consistent deal submissions.
- Build and grow a network of active brokers who submit deals to our company.
- Track outreach, new sign-ups, and ongoing broker relationships.
Who We're Looking For
- A confident, outgoing person who enjoys sales, networking, and meeting people.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Someone who is persistent, organized, and comfortable making cold calls.
- Willingness to travel locally to visit broker offices and develop relationships in person.
- Previous sales or business development experience is preferred.
- MCA, business funding, ISO, or broker industry experience is a plus, but we are open to the right candidate with a strong sales mindset.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary plus commission, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Additional earning potential based on performance and results.
- Compensation structure to be discussed with the right candidate.
